Bill Smith
Pastor

Pastor Bill began serving as the pastor of Scotland UMC in October 2019. He is married to his wife, Toni, for 36 years. They had two children and one grandchild. Pastor Bill has been a chaplain for a racing ministry for the last 15 years. He enjoys drag racing, golfing with his son, cruising through God's awesome countryside with his wife, and spending time with family. He is a compassionate person who loves people and talking to them about his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!

Robert Cooper
Secretary

Robert Cooper has been the secretary of Scotland UMC since January 2013. In addition to this position at the church, he serves as choir director and vacation Bible school director. Outside of church, he works full-time as an eighth-grade teacher.
